Returning Items
At Dirty Dozer Parts Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, no goods may be returned without prior written authorization from Dirty Dozer Parts Ltd.. This ensures that your return is processed correctly and efficiently. All authorized returns are subject to a minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee to cover handling, inspection, and restocking.
Return requests must be submitted within ten (10) days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted. We encourage you to inspect your items promptly upon receipt to ensure timely processing of any return requests.
Refunds and Processing
Refund eligibility is determined only after inspection, evaluation, and/or testing of the returned goods. This process ensures that items are in acceptable condition and helps us maintain the quality and integrity of the parts we provide. Due to this inspection process, refunds may take up to sixty (60) days to complete.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your items reach us safely.
Electrical Components
Due to their sensitive nature, electrical components are non-returnable for any reason except for a verified manufacturer defect. All such claims are strictly subject to manufacturer warranty review and approval. This policy helps prevent issues caused by installation errors, misuse, or other damage that can occur after shipping.

Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed via phone, email, or our secure website, and we are happy to assist in identifying the correct part for your equipment.
Payment must be made in full before shipment. We accept U.S. and Canadian credit cards, wire transfers, and cheques (U.S. cheques require 7–10 days to clear). Please ensure that billing and shipping information are accurate and verifiable.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are subject to change based on market availability, supply, and demand. Because parts are sometimes sourced from multiple warehouses or third-party vendors, it is possible that a part may become unavailable before your order is fully processed. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative and ensure your order is fulfilled in the best way possible.
